3. Payments and Billing
All invoices must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Work may be paused if payments are delayed. Advance payments and deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Project Timelines
Project timelines depend on the client's response time, content submission, approvals, and revisions. Primestu is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as mentioned in the selected package or agreement. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear requirements, necessary content (text, images, credentials, etc.), and timely feedback. Delays in providing materials may extend the project timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client's property once the full payment is received. Drafts, design concepts, wireframes, or unapproved files remain the property of Primestu unless purchased separately. Clients must ensure that all materials they provide do not infringe on copyright or third-party rights.
8. Portfolio Display
Primestu may showcase completed projects in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once work has started. Refunds may only be given if no work or resource has been used. No refunds apply for change of mind or delays caused by the client.
10. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Primestu may use third-party plugins, hosting providers, APIs, or external services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party tools. Subscription or licensing fees for third parties are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
11. Limitation of Liability
Primestu is not liable for loss of data, business interruption, revenue loss, or damages caused by hosting providers, third-party plugins, or unauthorized edits made by the client or third parties. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
12. Termination
We may terminate a project or service if the client violates these terms, delays payments, or fails to communicate for extended periods. No refunds will be given for terminated projects after work has begun.
13. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is protected and used according to our Privacy Policy.
14. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
